PurchasePros is a DBA of the Kentucky Educational Development Corporation (KEDC). KEDC is a cooperative of Kentucky School districts formed under the Kentucky Interlocal Cooperation Act (KRS 65.210 et seq).
The KEDC board of directors has adopted the Kentucky Model Procurement Code for local public agencies (KRS 45A.343 to 45A.460) and all PurchasePros contracts are competitively solicited.
